Wellness Coaching

The Live Well Wellness Program offers unlimited access to coaches who provide individualized, goal-oriented guidance, wellness education, strategy development, and encouragement.

Individuals  together with coaches commonly design wellness plans around the following:

  • Weight management
  • Nutrition
  • Tobacco cessation
  • Fitness and exercise
  • Stress management
  • Overall lifestyle improvement
  • Lifestyle management of chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease).

To maintain quality of the program, a consultant (as opposed to the coach) will  follow-up with the participant 6-7 months after enrollment in the program to obtain objective feedback on the performance of their coach and the program.
