Unlike many other EAPs, our call center is answered directly by masters-level therapists, which gives employees and their dependents access to immediate support when they need it.
As creative problem solvers, we have designed and deployed integrated on-site counseling programs, back-up care programs, web-based stress management tools, organizational development initiatives and specialized team resiliency programs.
Our objective is to ensure that our services result in our clients realizing the full value of the EAP.

Our Commitment to Our Community
Wellspring EAP provides financial support to our non-profit agency’s critical community impact programs—such as Early Childhood Education, Domestic Violence Intervention, Housing Services—which help thousands of children and families rebuild their lives in our community.
